Pricing
New Zealand prices are shown inclusive of GST and postage costs.  The price shown for the item is the final price you pay.

Payments
NZ Customers can pay by direct credit, credit card or cheque.  Orders paid for by direct credit or cheque will not be processed until payment is received.  Choose your preferred method during the checkout process and you will be provided with all the relevant details.

Orders from outside New Zealand must be paid for by credit card or Paypal account.

PayPal credit card processing
All online credit card payments are processed securely by PayPal.  A PayPal account is not required.

Important note:
Please ensure that the Billing address you provide when you created your Vanilla Soul account matches your credit card’s billing address.  These addresses must be very similar in order for your credit card payment to be approved by the online payment processing system.  Click “My Account” on the tool bar above to check your address.  The Billing address needs to match, but your delivery address can be different for every order.

Information Products
The link to download information products purchased from the website is emailed once the order has been processed and payment cleared.  Orders are processed Monday-Friday during normal business hours.

Delivery of Physical Products
We endeavour to deliver all New Zealand orders within 7 days of receipt of order (normally 2-3).

International orders under the equivalent of NZ$100 are delivered by New Zealand Post International Air services and delivery should take 3-10 working days.

International orders over the equivalent of NZ$100 are upgraded to New Zealand Post International Economy Courier and delivery is tracked and should take 2-6 days.

We will notify you if there is to be a delay for any reason eg stock availability.
