Mind Movies
The ability to imagine what you are wanting, rather than only observing what-is, is what takes you beyond.
You are a physical being, but you are much more.

What is a Mind Movie
A Mind Movie is essentially a video slide-show of images with affirmations written on top and a music overlay.
There are actually two types of Affirmation/Mind Movies: Affirmation and Visualisation.
One of the empowering things about mind movies is that they give you a bright, clear, positive picture of what you want to embed in your mind. As the saying goes 'a picture is worth a thousand words'. Images are a universal way of communicating - both between people and between your mind and body.
I also tapped on the basic sequence of meridian tapping points every time I watched my video, and if worries came up then I tapped to clear those issues before I watched the video. The whole process only took about 5-10 minutes a day.
The Result?
My
experience of doing this was that I noticed two main benefits.
Firstly, it shifted my thinking. Whenever I thought about the property
we were selling the image that formed in my mind was the one from the mind movie with "Sold at Auction" on it. It became an
expectation and began to feel like a given reality. If you believe in
the concepts of the Law of Attraction this is very important - we
attract what we think about.
The second main benefit was that I found watching the mind movie every day helped to keep me positive and reduce my levels of anxiety around what was a potentially very stressful project. Staying positive usually means we cope better, come up with solutions more easily and of course, is far better for our overall health and happiness.
And the outcome of the sale?
When I visualise I believe in dreaming big. There is no point in
visualising what has a good likelihood of happening. I go for the
'miracle', the ultimate. So, I was visualising that the property would
sell at auction for $650,000.
The actual result was that it did sell, not for that much but certainly for an above average price compared to other similar properties selling at present.
Did the visualising help?
Using
the mind movie as a visualisation tool certainly helped me to
approach the project positively and with little overall anxiety. As to
whether my positive beliefs affected the final physical outcome of the
sale - that's something you have to decide for yourself. There is no
physical evidence to say whether it did or it didn't, but we got a
positive result.
For me, the benefits to my own health and happiness of using a mind movie to visualise are certainly enough to prompt me continue using them as a tool.
